How does delivery work?
Choose your preferred size — XS, S, M, or L — and select once or twice a week delivery.
The bouquet photos shown are examples — every arrangement is newly designed and adapted to your interior and mood. At checkout, you can leave order notes to share your wishes:
- Your preferred style: Serene, Bold, Romantic, or Minimalistic
- Any favorite flowers you’d like included
- Special requests for an occasion or atmosphere
We deliver directly to your door. Simply choose your preferred size and frequency — your flowers will arrive ready to display.
Can I combine different sizes?
Yes. You can mix and match by adding multiple sizes to your cart. For example, receive two Small bouquets and one Medium bouquet. Each subscription will renew on its own schedule.
Are the bouquets always the same?
No — every week we design a new arrangement, tailored to the season, your space, and your mood. The photos shown are examples only.
Can I request a specific mood or style?
Yes. In the Order Notes at checkout, you can tell us your preference: Serene, Bold, Romantic, Minimalistic — or mention favorite flowers or special requests.
Do I need a vase?
We provide a vase, carefully selected to match your interior. Of course you can also choose to use your own vases. Please let us know in the delivery notes.
What if I’m away or need to pause?
Life happens — and your membership is designed to be flexible. You can easily skip a week, pause, or even cancel anytime. We only ask that you give us notice before your next bouquet is prepared, otherwise that delivery will still be charged.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Bali in following areas: Canggu, Berawa, Pererenan, Seminyak, Umalas, Kerobokan, Denpasar, Ubud, Jimbaran, Uluwatu. If you’re unsure whether we can reach your location, please contact us.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free.
How do I pay?
Memberships renew automatically, so payments are processed securely by:
- PayPal – safe and fast online checkout
